Many institutions offer bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs in zoology although this field is not really impacted. At the undergraduate level, students complete general education classes, like composition and psychology, and get the basics of animal science and biology. This degree option usually takes 4 years to finish.
Graduate-level studies qualify pupils for advanced research and scholarly positions, as they include a great deal of investigative study and laboratory sessions. Concentration options in related areas, like biology, ecology and wildlife sciences, are allowed. Master's curriculum often involves an internship with a local animal science laboratory. Doctoral program enrollees must pass comprehensive examinations and do a dissertation and/or thesis to graduate.
Also because there are different levels of education to become a zoologist, the minimum degree needed is just a bachleors if you want the simplified version statemment of things.
